While new members are going through the process leading up to initiation, they receive a "big" sister that acts as their mentor. Everyone loves expanding their "Phamily". Bigs are kept a secret until we do a formal reveal, which often involves matching outfits. The week before reveal, bigs secretly deliver packages to their littles with clues!
